1. IDENTITY OF DATA FIDUCIARY
EaseBuyz (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the EaseBuyz Vendor App, a business management mobile application built exclusively for registered sellers, merchants, and vendors to manage their storefronts, product catalogs, and order fulfillments on the EaseBuyz marketplace platform. Under applicable data protection regulations, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, EaseBuyz serves as the Data Fiduciary determining the purpose and scope of processing personal data.
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND FAMILIES POLICY COMPLIANCE
Strictly for Adult Commercial Use (18+): The EaseBuyz Vendor App is a B2B (Business-to-Business) tool intended strictly for usage by business owners and merchants aged 18 years and older.
Children’s Data & COPPA Compliance: In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), this application does not knowingly collect, solicit, process, or store personal information from children under the age of 18.
Unintentional Use by Minors: If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verified parental consent, we will immediately purge that information from our systems and deactivate the associated vendor account. If you are a parent or legal guardian and suspect a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at support@easebuyz.in.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To deliver vendor functionality, we process the following categories of data:
Account & Profile Information: Vendor name, store name, email address, phone number, physical business address, business identification numbers (GSTIN, PAN), and banking details for payout processing.
Product & Order Management Data: Images, descriptions, catalog pricing, inventory logs, and order fulfillment updates.
Device Permissions & Media Access:
Camera & Photo Library: Accessed strictly when you explicitly select photos to upload product catalogs, KYC documentation, or store banners. The app does not inspect files you do not explicitly upload.
Push Notifications: Firebase tokens used solely to transmit real-time alerts when new orders arrive.
Coarse/Fine Location: Collected only with your explicit permission to verify store operating zones.
4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your information is processed strictly for legitimate business execution:
Authenticating and verifying vendor accounts (KYC verification).
Displaying real-time orders, generating shipping manifests, and coordinating logistics.
Calculating sales performance, platform fees, and remitting financial payouts.
Providing merchant support, resolving grievances, and maintaining platform security.
Complying with tax and statutory accounting obligations mandated under Indian law.
5. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. We share data only with trusted third-party Data Processors executing core infrastructure services:
Logistics & Delivery Partners: To print shipping labels and fulfill customer deliveries.
Payment Gateways & Banks: To verify identities and process seller payout disbursements.
Infrastructure Services: Google Play Services and Firebase Cloud Messaging for app notification architecture and application health telemetry.
6. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Retention: Vendor data is retained as long as your store account remains active on EaseBuyz. Financial transaction records and invoices are retained for the duration required by applicable Indian tax and commercial statutes.
Account & Data Deletion: Vendors have the right to delete their account at any time. You can trigger deletion directly inside the app under Settings > Delete Account, or submit a deletion request by emailing support@easebuyz.in. Upon verification, your account, catalog, and associated personal information will be permanently removed, subject to legally mandated financial record retention.
7. SECURITY & ENCRYPTION
We implement end-to-end security measures to prevent unauthorized data access, leakage, or alteration. Data transmitted between the Flutter application and our backend server is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols. Authentication credentials and access tokens are secured in encrypted on-device storage.

Merchant Eligibility & KYC: Requires sellers to be 18+ and provide valid Indian business tax credentials (GSTIN, PAN, Bank account).
Cataloging & Authenticity: Prohibits selling counterfeit or illegal items, assigning responsibility for item accuracy to the vendor.
Fulfillment & SLAs: Establishes order acceptance and dispatch timeframes (e.g., within 24–48 hours).
Commissions & Payouts: Specifies platform fee deductions, payout settlement cycles, and return handling rules.
Account Termination & Deletion: Outlines grounds for account suspension and explains the vendor’s right to request account deletion.
