Return & Refund Policy

At EaseBuyz.in, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Item differs from its description or photo.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

2. Return Process

  1. Go to My Orders → Request Return within 7 days.
  2. Upload product photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will verify within 48 hours.
  4. Courier pickup will be arranged from your address.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories like innerwear, cosmetics, food, or custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong product received.

5. Exchange

Exchange is possible only for the same product (size/color variant) and subject to availability.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow the return process.

7. The Return Process

​Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

​8. Refund Timeline & Methods

​Approved Refunds: If your return passes inspection, the refund will be processed immediately.

​Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within [Specify time, e.g., 5 to 7] business days.
