Welcome to EaseBuyz.in, owned and operated by AMS STORE, located at Mahantesh Nagar, Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
By accessing or using our website or mobile app (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About EaseBuyz

EaseBuyz is an online multivendor marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers. We facilitate product listings, secure payment, and delivery support, but the products themselves are sold directly by the respective vendors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with parent/guardian supervision.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases or list products, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. AMS STORE may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must list genuine, legal, and accurately described products.
  • Sellers must ensure quality, safe packaging, and timely dispatch.
  • Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted goods are strictly prohibited.
  • AMS STORE reserves the right to remove any product violating policies.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and make timely payments.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the listed item.
  • Orders may be canceled before shipping; post-shipping, refer to our Return Policy.

6. Payments & Settlements

All payments are processed securely through EaseBuyz’s authorized payment gateways. Buyer payments are collected by AMS STORE and released to sellers once delivery is confirmed. AMS STORE may deduct platform fees or commissions as applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

EaseBuyz coordinates shipping through approved logistics partners. Estimated delivery times vary by location. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or force-majeure are not our liability. Buyers receive tracking updates once orders are dispatched.

8. Return & Refund

Buyers may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Wrong item received.

Refunds will be processed after quality verification. Refer to the detailed Return & Refund Policy for full procedure.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Upload malicious content or spam.
  • Manipulate prices, reviews, or platform systems.
  • Misuse intellectual property of AMS STORE or other sellers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on EaseBuyz — text, images, graphics, and code — is the property of AMS STORE or respective owners. Users may not copy or reproduce without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

EaseBuyz provides the platform “as is”. We are not liable for product quality, damage, delay, or non-performance beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the transaction amount of the disputed order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AMS STORE from claims, damages, or losses arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of rights of others.

13. Termination

AMS STORE may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of policies. You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgaum, Karnataka courts.
