Seller / Vendor Agreement

Effective Date: 1 November 2025

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between AMS STORE (EaseBuyz.in) and the registered seller (“Vendor”) who lists products on the platform.

1. Purpose

AMS STORE provides a digital marketplace for vendors to display and sell products directly to buyers. Vendors agree to comply with all laws and platform policies.

2. Vendor Registration

Vendors must:

  • Provide accurate business details, GSTIN, PAN, and bank account info.
  • Maintain updated inventory and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian laws and taxes.

3. Listing & Product Standards

  • Vendors must upload accurate images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • No counterfeit, restricted, or infringing products.
  • Products must meet all quality and safety standards.

4. Order Fulfilment

  • AMS STORE coordinates logistics; vendor must pack items securely.
  • Dispatch within specified timelines to avoid penalties.
  • AMS STORE reserves right to hold payouts for delayed or disputed orders.

5. Payments & Commission

  • Buyer payments are collected by AMS STORE via secure gateways.
  • After successful delivery and return window expiry, settlement is made to vendor minus commission and fees.
  • Vendors agree to pay applicable commissions and taxes.

6. Returns & Disputes

  • Vendors must accept valid returns per EaseBuyz policy.
  • If product found defective/incorrect, cost borne by vendor.
  • Disputes between buyer and vendor will be mediated by AMS STORE; its decision shall be final.

7. Intellectual Property

Vendors grant AMS STORE a non-exclusive license to use product images, descriptions, and trademarks for marketing and listing.

8. Indemnity

Vendor indemnifies AMS STORE from claims arising due to product quality, safety, or misrepresentation.

9. Termination

AMS STORE may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity. Vendor may terminate with 7-day written notice, subject to pending orders completion.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law and disputes shall be subject to Belgaum, Karnataka jurisdiction.
